IRAO provides customers with a mobile app for easy access to services aimed at streamlining your interaction with us. The app offers functionalities such as viewing active insurance policies, submitting health insurance claims, and obtaining reimbursement, as well as requesting guarantee letters. The mobile app services are complimentary but do require an internet connection. The app is available in two languages: Georgian and English. To get started, download the app, complete a simple registration process, or log in with your ID number and password if you are already a registered user. Please note that the application is exclusive to IRAO Insurance Policyholders with currently active insurance policies.
